I/We agree to the condition that, while every precaution will be taken for the safety and welfare of my child(ren) and for the care of his/her possessions; I hereby indemnify, hold harmless and absolve all the staff, including the accompanying parents (where applicable) and the Management of The Gentle Way Academy against any or all claims that may arise in connection with the loss of or damage to the property of or injury to my/our child(ren) in the course of the relevant activity and any or all of the related activities, in the knowledge that the managing staff will nevertheless take all responsible precautions for the safety and welfare of my/our child(ren). This includes an indemnity against recovery of costs resulting from damage, loss and/or medical conditions or hospitalisation, unless such loss is caused by the negligence, wilfulness or deliberate act of The Gentle Way Academy or its employees. This indemnity shall be binding on me/us, my/our named child(ren), as well as our heirs, executors, trustees, assigns or administrators, the extent of which I/we acknowledge and understand. I hereby also consent to pictures and videos of lessons to be posted on social media, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
